Can anyone advise how I get rid of the secondary file name in the long red rectangle? When it appears, half of my tools disappear behind the 3 dots.... Very annoying !!

Are you lot winding me up ?? Seriously, all I want to do is get rid of the pdf label, whatever you want to call it, in the red rectangle on attached…. that is all. I don’t want to see thumbnails!
