Can I change the selection in one Radio button group by the selection I make in another Radio button group?

I have one group of radio buttons for Finish which defaults to a standard color button.  If the operator chooses Stainless Steel material from the Material group, I would like the Finish button to change to NO Paint.  Is this possible to do with javascript?
