Can I control the size of the auto redaction box?

Hi.  We have scanned nearly 60,000 typed, 3X5 index cards with social security numbers that must be redacted.  Unfortunately, the social security number is typed directly above the last name of the employee.  When I do an auto redact, many of the resulting pages show that the last name has been blocked out along with the social security number.  There are way too many pdf files and pages to manualy redact so we are counting on the auto redact to catch most of the social security numbers.  Attached is an example of a card before and after auto redact.  Is there any way I can tell Acrobat to draw a smaller auto redaction box?  I have tried using no color, using a word like "redacted", etc.  No difference.  Thanks for any ideas.

Using the latest version of Acrobat Pro and Windows 10.

A script can be used to resize the redaction annotations before applying it, but you run the risk it will be reduced so much that the underlying number will still be recognizable even after the redaction is applied...

Thank you for the reply.  You are correct and we might be doing more harm than good in trying to make the auto redaction box smaller.  It looks like we have a lot of manually redaction ahead for us.  Thanks, again.
