Can i determine the adobe account email from the serial number

After an employee did a windows reset we needed to reinstall and reactivate Acrobat XI

We have the serial number, but not the adobe account that was used the first time around.

This could have been registered to an account for one or more employees that no longer work for the company.

Is there a way to detemine the Adobe Account email that is associated with this serial number?

Maybe through Adobe's customer service. But be advised that Acrobat XI can no longer be activated, so if you need to do that, you're out of luck.
