Can I duplicate fields

I have several credit applications from various vendors. I would like to put all of them in the same pdf and fill out one page that then populates all of the other ones since 95% of the information is the same.  Name, address, bank information, etc.

Yes you can. Fields that share the same field name will automatically have the same value.
