Can I include my title when digitally signing?

I am running Adobe DC Pro and need to include my job title in my digital signature.  After searching the help, I cannot figure out how to make this happen.  I am using the Certificates/Digitally Sign feature, not "Fill and Sign".  Any suggestions, am I missing something?  I have looked in Edit>Preferences>Identity, ....>Signatures.....?

To be clear, I need my title to show up in this view:

    There's no built-in feature that does that. You could include your title as a part of the Name field, I guess...

      Thank you, that's what I ended up doing.  I thought there was a checkbox somewhere to include it, but no such luck.  Thanks again for responding!
