Can I make the borders of a text box, that I add to a PDF when using "Edit PDF", visible?

Hi!

When adding a text box to a PDF via the "Edit PDF" function in Acrobat Standard, is it possible to make the borders of that text box visible? With "Comments" I can do that, but I can't figure it out when adding a text box through "Edit PDF".
