Can I put a fillable PDF form on my website?

I created a fillable, submittable PDF form. Now I need to create a link to it or embed it on my website for registration. Can I or how do I do this?

Just like any other file. Upload it to a public folder on your web-server and then add a link to it in your HTML pages.

I tried linking it once and then it was no longer fillable.

That can happen if you open the file in a browser window. Instead, download it and open it using Adobe Reader.
