Can I put a fillable PDF form on my website?

I created a fillable, submittable PDF form. Now I need to create a link to it or embed it on my website for registration. Can I or how do I do this?

Just like any other file. Upload it to a public folder on your web-server and then add a link to it in your HTML pages.

I tried linking it once and then it was no longer fillable.

Again, are you opening it inside the browser?


Yes, I was... So I need to Download, Open in Adobe, Fill and Submit, then go to my email and send it from my drafts. No way of shortening any of these steps. I was hoping for a fill and send.
