Can I remove the highlights from a document?

Having trouble with the highlighted language in a document I've got some time into. It started as a PDF, and I converted it to add highlights and sticky notes. Then I discovered the text boxes and preferred to comment that way. After going through and installing all the text boxes I needed I discovered that I wasn't able to remove the highlighted language nor could I see through it? Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Ryan

Do you see it under the Comments List panel? If not then you flattened the file somehow (maybe by printing it to a virtual printer or using a script or something like that), and have converted the highlights from comments to static content. Removing them in that state will be much more difficult, but not impossible. You can do it using the Edit Text & Images tool in Acrobat (Pro).
