I´m makeing pdf forms for the sales crew to use when the send offert to our customers. I want them to fill in the forms (of course) but then I want them to save it so nobody can change it. Just print and read. Password protected will NOT work. How do I do this??? BR Mats

The most secure way is to digitally sign the file. It won't actually prevent someone willing enough from changing the file, but if they do it would invalidate the signature.

But this is a offer that they send. We can not have any hassle for the receiver, even asking for a password is asking to much.

So if you have a PDF Form you can't make it back to a regular "read only" pdf???

Sure you can. You can flatten the file (if they use Acrobat) or you can set the fields as read-only, but you were asking for a way to ensure that the file is not edited. Those methods don't ensure that. In fact, nothing can.
