Can I set up a pdf form so that it can be submitted from a browser?

I'm trying to set up a pdf form that people can fill out and submit from a browser window. I've already set up the form in Acrobat, and the submit button works—but only if the person downloads the form and opens it in Adobe. Is it possible to set up the form so that people don't have to download it before submitting it?

I just found out the answer to my question. Evidently if you want people to be able to fill out a pdf form online and submit it, that's only supported in Internet Explorer. "Reader Extension" must also be added. So my interactive form works in Internet Explorer, but no other browser.
