Question

Can no longer open PDFs.

My adobe is no longer opening documents. Every time I try, an Adobe Acrobat licensing sign-in window appears, I sign in, then the window disappears, and the cycle starts all over. I can sign into the Adobe webpage, but can't open any docs and have no idea why this stopped working suddenly. Please help!

    Hi @defaultfe3ayqzxsihr,

Thanks for writing to us. Can you please confirm the InCopy app version and the OS platform where the issue is being observed. Can you please try resetting InCopy app preferences and see if the issue gets resolved. We can accordingly further investigate the issue.

KB article to restore default app preferences: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/incopy/using/customizing-preferences-defaults.html

    Have a pleasant day!

Sorry, but I don't exactly understand the information you're asking about--I cannot reset the InCopy app preference on Adobe because every Adobe document I attemp to open asks me to sign in, and then once I input my email and password, the window disappears and Adobe does not open at all.

I have the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2015 release. I was working fine, even after I transferred to a new Mac computer. I am using Sonoma 14.7.1 OS.
