Can no longer rotate pages

Have a paid subscription which includes everything.  I used to be able to open a PDF attachment from an email and rotate it if needed.  Now I am unable to do that.  Each time I click on the rotate symbol, I am directed to a website asking me if I wish to purchase a subscription.  Has anyone else had this problem.  Adobe don't provide any support.

    Thank you for reaching out, and I hope you're doing well

     

    I've taken a look at your Adobe account using the ID associated with this community, and it appears you're subscribed to Adobe Acrobat PDF Pack. While this service doesn't include the option to rotate page orientations FAQ | Adobe Acrobat PDF Pack , you can still rotate the view of the PDF within the application. Just head over to the 'View' tab and select 'Rotate View'.

    Is your PDF file open in Adobe Acrobat or the free Reader? If you have both installed, I would remove the free Reader. If you only have Acrobat installed, then there is a chance that you got logged out of your account. Go to Acrobat's Help menu and select to sign into your account again.
