Can no longer Rotate View clockwise

I'm using Adobe Acrobat DC Pro

"View->Rotate View->Clockwise    Shift+Ctrl+Plus" - The option is grayed out and selecting it does nothing. The keyboard shortcut also does nothing. I can, however, rotate counter clockwise and the keyboard shortcut works fine for that. I haven't changed any settings from when I was able to use it last. I simply loaded up a file the other day and found I could no longer rotate clockwise.

I can rotate clockwise in Edit->Rotate Pages. I can also rotate clockwise in Edit Pages. But I would much rather be able to use the keyboard shortcuts like I was before.

And in the shortcut menu (right click) you used to be able to rotate a PDF left or right. Now it's just right.

Also having the same issue on a Mac running Monterey. Rotate counterclockwise is available but not clockwise, clockwise is greyed out and the shortcut no longer works.

They must have disabled this incredibly useful shortcut for reasons that I can not imagine.  I just discovered this after downloading the latest rev to a new PC.  Super frustrating and annoying.
