Can not convert pdf to word doc

Hi All,

3 x Adobe accounts now (I think) and am unable to download pdf to word conversion.

CV doc format downloads as Amazon summink.

Any assistance appreciated, please. Urgently need to apply for work and unable to.

Are you trying to use Acrobat to save a PDF in MS Word format?
