can not open pdf which created by ms office

I have received an email with pdf attachment which created with MS office 2010. I don't know why I can't open it, the cursor is rolling and nothing to display. All pdf attachments from the sender are not openable and hanging. When I open the acrobat and want to update the application, it shows that a update can be downloaded. Then, I clicked download and install, there was an error said can not be installed....

At last, I opened acrobat and clicked repair, it worked fine! I can open the sender's pdf now, but it will happen again! I have tried to reinstall the application, but the result is same!

if your acrobat is being repeatedly corrupted, look for something on your computer (eg, av, cleaner etc) that's causing the problem.

Due to my professional work I do use MS Office for long time. And I have eaced same kind of issues. It was written  like error code 0x4004f00d when I was working on aan urgent project. The pdf was not opening and written a text like that. then I solved it by my own I want to share with you. It may be helpful for you.
