Can someone from Adobe explain why Acrobat Pro offers such limited interface customization?

Why is it not possible to freely rearrange tools and panels, control the spacing and layout of page thumbnails, or display page thumbnails as two-page spreads? These limitations make the current version of Acrobat Pro very frustrating and inefficient for professional PDF work.

    Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble caused.


    You should be able to resize the bookmarks panel by holding down the left border and dragging it to the right. That should reduce the bookmarks panel. 

    The space in the top bar appears empty due to the resolution used for the application on the machine. Changing the resolution might change the space.
