Can't activate Export PDF subscription

Bonjour,

Je ne parviens pas à activer mon abonnement PDF EXPORT malgré plusieurs tentatives de connexions et déconnexions...

Auriez-vous une idée à me suggérer ?

Je précise que j'ai acheté cette formule à l'aide de mon identifiant ADOBE, donc pas de CD ni de clé pour activer le logiciel..

Hi claireb37825989,

Export PDF is an Adobe Document Cloud service.

As you have Adobe Export PDF subscription, you can either use it in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.

Install Adobe Acrobat Reader DC from here Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution 

Then sign in with your Adobe ID that you used to purchase the subscription.

Or you can export PDF online here: https://cloud.acrobat.com/

Make sure you sign in with the same Adobe ID that you have used to purchase the subscription.
