Can't Add Hyperlink to PDF in Acrobat Pro

I've been trying to add hyperlinks throughout my PDF file. I've viewed guides and videos on what steps should be available to add links, but those options are not appearing for me in Acrobat. Can someone explain why I don't have these options and how to fix that so I can add in these links?

Hi @Gary Parkinson ,

Can you confirm if your Adobe Acrobat has the Acrobat New Eperience enabled?

If that new feature is active, you may have a hard time trying to figire out the menus.

Luckily, you can deactivate that feature and roll back to the classic user interfave of Acrobat.
