Can't add tools on desktop version

I'm subscribed to Pro DC and want to use the tool 'organize files' but the desktop app won't allow me to add the tool and just sends me to the online version. But the online version doesn't support files that are over 100 pages. Any help please?

Install and use Adobe Acrobat. Don't use Acrobat Reader.
