Can't cancel Adobe Acrobat

Hi,

The 27:th  I cancelled my free trial for Adobe Acrobat, and received the info that my software was canceled. (See mail below)

I was in contact with your support and spoke to a woman at your customer support.

She promised me that the money (240 SEK) that was charged my account the 26:th of March should be transferred to my bank account in 5 days.

I can still see on my bank account that this money (240 SEK) is not transferred to my bank account.

And the worst thing is that you still are charging me 240 SEK/month:

Below is the bank transaction on my account, which you have charged me.

26:th of March -240 SEK

26:th of April -240 SEK

26:th of May -240 SEK

26:th of June -240 SEK

26:th of July -240 SEK

This is of course unacceptable, and If you don´t immediately stop charging me for Acrobat Pro which is cancelled the 26:th of March, I have to make a police report.

I expect that you asap pay me back my money, which you have stolen from me.

The 27:th of March I cancelled my free trial with Adobe Acrobat.

I received an e-mail that my Subscription was cancelled, see your answer below.

When I look at my bank account, I Was surprised when I saw that you have withdraw money from my bank account the: following dates and the sum of money:

• 26 of March, SUM: 240 SEK
• 26 of April, SUM: 240 SEK
• 26 of May, SUM: 240 SEK
• 26 of June, SUM: 240 SEK
•  

Could you please cancel that you withdraw my money ASAP and repay my money.
