Can't combine files with new acrobat.

Hi,

 

On my old laptop I have an older version of Adobe DC where I can combine files. On my new laptop I have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat reader, and my plan says I have Adobe DC as part of my plans and apps. But I still can't do it. I tried looking to see if I could download older versions of Adobe DC but it always just upgrades me to the latest version.

Acrobat Reader can't combine files. Install and use Adobe Acrobat.

I'm subscribed to Adobe Acrobat Standard. Does that only include acrobat reader? How do I find just Adobe Acrobat? Is there another plan I need to pay for?
