Can´t copy between documents any more? Please help me!

I working alot with the tool "Comment" I often use drawingtool and adding textbox.

For exempel I add a Textbox with some text and I wan´t to add this text box in several more pages, in the future I just right click and copy this and paste into another pdf document that is open.

Why can´t I do that any more?

I just noticed what is causing the issue! But I don´t have a solution.

When I start a program (its a NIS-system) this program starts a citrix workspace wich is needed for that program. Then the issue appear, wich means that I cant copy and paste a text box. When I close that program the issue dissapear. 

I will do as you recommend, update to latest version and try after that. Now I know what causing it!

Thanks for sharing that update.

 

Since the issue only appears when Citrix Workspace is active, it does sound like Citrix might be interfering with Acrobat’s copy/paste functionality. Updating to the latest version is a good step, and I’d also suggest checking if your Citrix Workspace client has any pending updates, as compatibility fixes are often included there.

If the problem continues after updating both, you might want to reach out to your IT team or Citrix support to see if there are any known policies or settings that could block clipboard access.

Hi there 

 

Hope you are doing well, and sorry for the trouble. 

 

I have tried to reproduce the issue at my end, and it's working as expected. I was able to copy and paste the test with the text box using the Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V keyboard shortcuts. 

 

Please check its working at your end too. Also update the app to the latest version 25.01.20693 Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
