Can't create a pdf

This is the message I get (suddenly) when trying to create a pdf from a Word document:

Calibri not found, using Courier.

The program (Version 9 Pro) then stops and won't create the pdf.

I uninstalled this program because I purchased a new computer and then I re-installed it on the new machine and it worked fine the first few weeks but not now??
