Can`t delete page - trashcan is greyed out

Hello,

I would like to delete a page under "organize pages". I selected the page but the trashcan is greyed out. The page does not have any security system.

Thanks in advance!

Go to print to PDF and choose which pages you want. If you want to delete some pages in the middle of the file, print 2 PDF files and combine them.

That will destroy any digital signatures that were previously applied to the file.

You can export that pdf file as a postscript and then convert it to pdf using Acrobat Distiller. After that you can use trash can. ^^

Thanks so much.  I have been searching for a solution to this problem, and yours is the only one that worked.

Some PDF software ignores the rules.

Is your document perhaps a form?  It may have been created in an app such as LiveCycle Designer?  If so, you will likely not be able to edit it in Acrobat Pro.  Any more details you can provide might help troubleshoot your issue.  You may want to see if the page can be deleted from the Page Thumbnails Panel.

I hope this is helpful.

My best,

Dave

Is it the last/only page? Is this a fill-in form?

Thanks for your replys.

The pdf is an amazon invoice and has two pages, I would like to delete the second page. It does not have a form. It can't be deleted from thumbnails panel. But there seems to be an issue with an invisible signature, the identity is unknown. Maybe that is the reason?
