Can't delete pdf's shared by me from Acrobat document cloud

Sometimes pdf's I share on my Document cloud can't be deleted afterwards. The same message appears when trying to Unshare File or Delete Shared File: "File Not Found. The file you are trying to access could not be found. The file may have been deleted or moved in another session." I have gradually built up a list of files which can't be accessed or deleted. How can I delete them from my Shared list?

In the meantime more pdf files got stuck on document cloud. Is there someone at Adobe who can help me with this problem?

I am having this same problem lately. Previously I was able to delete if I went to adobe through browser instead of desktop app but that does not work anymore. I'm not sure why the files go bad but it would be nice to delete them from my list of shared files since they are just cluttering up my project list. Can anyone help?

Do you have admin privileges? I have an Issue with a file that was shared read only, than the share was removed by the source. I can't delete as I do not have the privs.
