Can't download an entire folder on Document Cloud (Error 400)

what is the folder size that you are trying to download?

As a workaround please choose a different web browser and then try the same.

The file size is 280 MB, but I need to download this folder every hour for backup.

I assume that might be a temporary issue with the site or web browser, as its online service.

There isn't seems to be any issue reported for the same.

I hope it should get resolved now? you may please try the same with different web browser or after clearing cache.
