can't duplex print

I can duplex print in Microsoft word, but reader won't allow me to print on both sides of the paper for a specific printer?

how do i fix this?

What is your printer?

Sometimes the wrong settings are installed and Windows does not have the correct settings, even that the driver allows for duplex printing.

You can use the translate option if you do not understand German.

    Sorry for the delay in response to your query.

    The duplex printing with Adobe Acrobat/Reader also depends on the type of printer you are working on. If your printer supports the duplex printing then you may check the following settings suggested in the help document-

    Print double-sided | Adobe Acrobat, Reader DC
