I am trying to export a PDF document as a JPG. what do i need to purchase to be able to do this?

Correct answer Abambo

Minimal configuration seams to be Adobe PDF services, next is Acrobat DC Standard and then Acrobat DC Pro.

Hi @Suzanne29904072hasf,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble with exporting files from Acrobat.

Would you mind sharing a few more pieces of information for further investigation:

1. The app version of Acrobat you use (go to Menu> Help> About Acrobat);

2. Screenshot or a screen recording of the entire event for better understanding.

Also, you might want to try the steps mentioned here in the helpx article: https://adobe.ly/4jMFM9q.

Ensure that you are on the latest version of Acrobat (2025.001.20458) for the best experience. To do so, go to Menu> Help> Check for Updates.

Look forward to hearing from you.

Regards,
Souvik.

Very frustrating. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Acorbat program from my Creative Cloud. Problem of not saving an export as jpeg persists. Support seems to be no help. I worked fine last week but suddebnly stopped saving the export.

Sytem log attached.
