Can't export PDF as a PDF to Google Drive

Why is this not an option? I just want to export the PDF I've commented on in Adobe so I can upload it in Google Drive, where my colleagues can then open up the PDF and see the comments I've made. WHY IS THIS SO HARD

All it takes is literally dragging the saved file from its folder to the Google Drive window and dropping it there... Not that hard.

It would be nice to have a direct interface between the two, sure, but it's really not that difficult to do it manually.
