Can't extract individual pages after E-sign

I used the e-sign function on Adobe for a client to sign multiple releases of information, but now after they've been signed, I can't extract the individual pages. Is there a permission that can be changed to do so? 
Is it best practice to send each document individually?

Adobe Sign applies a security policy to the file that prevents it from being modified, including extracting pages from it.

If you want to have a separate file for each page then you need to send them separately, yes, and the recipient will need to sign each one of them.
