Can't import a preflight profile

I want to import a custom preflight profile and have a .kfp file.  However, when I go into the preflight dialog and navigate to where I can import a preflight library, it only lets me search for .kfpl files??  The .kfp file doesn't show up because of the limited search.  I tried forcing it to search *.kfp and tried added an L to the end of my file, but neither works.  All of the help documents only talk about .kfp files so I have no idea where the suffix .kfpl is coming from?  I assume the l means library but can't import it. Can't even find where the stock profiles sit to try dumping the file in there. Thanks for any suggestions.  I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC continuous release current version is 2020.006.20034
