Can't insert electronic Signature

I received a receipt to verify payment that I need to sign. I can't seem to figure out how to insert electronic signature on this document. I'm not very familiar with Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Also, how you can create Digital ID's to sign the document electronically using Acrobat DC.

You need a digital ID to sign a document or encrypt PDFs through a certificate.
