Can't install Adobe Pro DC

Question

I had Adobe Pro DC in my old computer, using Windows 10. The motherboard died and I got a new Lenovo computer also with WindowS 10.

I'm trying to install Adove Pro DC again, I have the install all ready to download but the computer asks if I want Adobe to make changes. I must enter username and password in order to answer YES, but it keeps rejecting my user name and password; which is the user name and password I use everyday to log into the computer.

I also tried to use my Adobe username and password but it didn't work.

Anyone have an idea of what I may be doing wrong?

Hi Gracielar,As per the issue description mentioned above you are facing issue when trying to install Acrobat DC on the machine, is that correct?As we have checked the account details using the email address you are logged into the forums, you have subscription for Acrobat Pro DC. Try downloading installer for Acrobat DC using the steps given in this link: Download and install Acrobat DC subscription , (sign in with your Adobe ID and password or with your social account to begin).Let us know if you need any help.Shivam
