I don't know why but i can't install the adobe application manager, i had to erase it to fix the error 16 that showed everytime i tried to start an adobe application and after that i was not able to install it again. So i can't fix the error 16 because i can't install the application manager, at the end it says the instalation has errors and everytime i try to uninstall it  again it says the uninstallation was completed with errors. It feels like i am in a dead end and i don't know what to do anymore, i've tried everything

Hi Sarac,

You will find the Adobe PCD Folder in C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe. And SLStore folder can be found in ProgramData\Adobe i.e. C:\ProgramData\Adobe, which is hidden by default in Operating system.

In order to go to the location, you have to Unhide the ProgramData from View>Selct the Checkbox  of Hidden Items.

For configuration error, you may refer to Configuration error in Adobe Creative Cloud Link: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/configuration-error.html

Hope this helps.

Regards,

Anand Sri.

if you have a current acrobat version, using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'still need help', https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

Hi! Thanks for answering but i have already try that. The problem is i can't find neither folder, the SLStore or the Adobe PCD. What does that mean?

it means you didn't follow the directions at the message 1 link to enable viewing of hidden files/folders.
