Can't launch Acrobat

Bonjour, 

Depuis quelques jours, il nous est impossible de lancer Acrobat ou d'ouvrir un fichier PDF.

Pouvez vous nous aider ?

Please try reinstalling the application using the following steps:
-Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html).
-Reboot the machine
-Install Adobe Acrobat from the following page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html. 

 

If the issue still occurs, share your machine's Acrobat and OS version numbers.

Share the process logs: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/acromonitor.html.

Not without more details...

Starting with:

- The version of Acrobat

- The OS version

- What exactly happens when you try to launch Acrobat? Is there an error message of some kind? Does the window appear at all? Does the process appear in the Task Manager (if you're on Windows)? etc.
