Can't Log-in to Adobe Acrobat

I just got a new subscription to Adobe and downloaded Acrobat.

But when asked to sign-in, I complete the sign-in and then it continues to ask me to sign-in. I’ve tried sign-in with my email and a code, with my email and password and even direct with “Continue with Google” option.

All appear successful, but the then the log-in pop-up opens again asking me to sign-in.

It sounds like struck in a sign-in loop in your Adobe Acrobat. So, try signing out your account in Adobe Acrobat, restart your system, and again open Acrobat and sign-in again your account with this. If that doesn’t work, clearing its login/cache data or reinstalling Acrobat may help and may resolve your problem.

@troy_7504 sorry to hear that you are having issues logging into Acrobat. Are you trying to open Acrobat from the desktop or web version or on your mobile device?

First, sign out of your account using the profile icon in the top-right corner of your Creative Cloud Desktop Application, quit Creative Cloud entirely, and then relaunch the application to sign back in.

Once you are successfully logged into Creative Cloud, with the correct Adobe ID and email that you bought your new subscription. Open Acrobat again, and it should automatically inherit your active license without prompting you to log in. Should.
