Please ensure you have the latest version of Acrobat installed on the machine: Version: 26.001.21529. Planned update, May 01, 2026. Check for any pending updates by navigating to Menu > Help> Check for Updates. Install the updates, restart the app and the machine, and try again.
Could you please share a screenshot/screen recording of the issue, the steps you take and where you are not able to move the Acrobat Window? Are you on a Windows machine or a Mac, and what is the OS version? Also, check if your workflow is related to this already reported and current limitation with Acrobat: https://adobe.ly/4u5AwDf
