Can't open Acrobat, Adobe Licensing Application is blank

HI, have  a new computer, a MacBook AIr. Can't open Adobe. I paid for Pro.

    Thanks for the upvote. I don't have CC installed. I did download the CC cleaner but it didn't seem to find anything. Still struggling. I would cancel my sub but it will charge me a cancellation fee for something that doesn't work.
