Can't Open Attachments

Good Morning,

In the last two weeks when I receive an email with an attachment, I can't open it.  I can see it on Preview only, and it gives me a half-screen.  Otherwise, when I try to open it in anything, its a gray-covered screen and nothing works.  I have already created an account and it says I have Adobe Pro.  I need to be able to double click attachements and open them like I was doing for the last two years but I have no idea of how to even approach this.  Please help!  Thank you,

    Could you please share a few more details about the issue you're encountering? Specifically, it would be helpful to know:

    • Which Adobe app you're using

    • The workflow or steps you're following

    • When and how the issue occurs

    If possible, a short video recording demonstrating the steps and the issue would be greatly appreciate, it will help us better understand and assist you more effectively.
