Why when on PDF file is open and I click on another file to open, it does not open! Unless I dragged it and dumped it in the same PDF that is open!!! This is very troublesome and time consuming!!

Dear

Application name + version: Adobe Acrobat (32-bit):

Nothing happens when I try to open another file, there is not even a loading sign. No error, nothing. Just doesn't open.
My colleague has the very same problem.

Hope you can help.
Thanks in advance
Robin

The images did not come through. You must post them from the browser, not via an email reply. Also, when you reply by email it includes all of your contact info in the signature... I will remove it for you from the above message.

You need to provide more details, starting with:

- Your OS version.

- Your application name and version number.

- What exactly happens when you try to open another file? Is there an error message of some kind?
