Can't open P60 / Pay slips althought I have the right password

Hi! I can't open my P60 and pay slips. They are password protected and up till now I was able to open the pdf files. There is no doubt that I have the right password and I introduced it correctly. It is the same with the P60 / pay slips from 2 different sources.  I have the confirmation from the companies I worked that the passwords are correct! I even updated Adobe Reader and the result is the same.

I need these documents. Can you help?
