Can't open PDF

Could you please provide more details about the issue? Are you having trouble opening the PDF files? Are you receiving any error messages when trying to open them? Are you using Adobe Acrobat or the free Adobe Acrobat Reader desktop application? Additionally, are you on a Mac or Windows machine, and what version are you using?

If the app Acrobat or Reader is already installed, please ensure you have the latest version of Acrobat installed on the machine: 25.001.20458 Planned update, Apr 15, 2025. Check for any pending updates from the Menu > help > check for updates, install the updates, restart the app and the machine, and check. For more information, see this: https://adobe.ly/3Gd8ZMe

Have you tried the suggestion from the help article for setting the app as the default viewer? If not, please try once, and let us know how it goes.
