can't open pdf, shows up white

Good afternoon, 

I am working on a project for Architecture and working between photoshop, inDesign, and acrobat. 

I am having trouble with a couple of rawings that I am placing in indesign crashing the program when I try changing the qaulity of the image. I beleive its realeted to the fact that I cannot open those same pdf files in acrobat or photoshop. When I try opening in Acrobat the image just appears all white and photoshop wont even allow me to open. Please help. Everything is updated too!!! Below is the main attached issue.
