Can't print as poster

When I tried printing this as a poster this is all that shows. It doesn't give me the option. I had a vid showing the problem but it's too large so here's some screenshots.

@Fire_Rabbit were you able to print as a poster size before? If your printer doesn't have the capacity to print bigger than letter size, well, you can't print anything bigger than that. Look at the printer's manual why you can't print. (yeah, the video would have helped)—or you could upload it via YouTube and share the link from there?!

Please let us know if you are using Acrobat Pro or Acrobat Reader. Share the application and OS version number on your machine. Was it working before, or have you tried it for the first time?

Try printing another PDF and see if the option appears. Let us know how it goes.

I have tried both but with the same results. It doesn't allow me to print it like that. It's my first time trying something like this.

I did try another file but the same thing happened. It didn't give me the option. Attached are the OS stats.
