Can't print in black and white

Have you started experiencing this issue after recently changing the system or application?

If yes, then please try a couple of steps to see if that helps:

1- 

Go to Acrobat> Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once (you must save all the work before restarting)

 2- For Windows, Open Acrobat.help>Repair intallation

3- Ensure that your Printer drivers are updated.

4- Check with a different file, as it could be document specific issue.
