Can't print in SeaMonkey

I use SeaMonkey x86 2.49.5 and on one company's PC, I can't print. When I click on the icon, it do nothing. All the other icon works perfectly but not print.

On other PC it works well. Can't figure it out why.

Hi There,

Thanks for reporting the issue here.

Can you provide some info regariding the issue :

Acrobat/Reader's version name on which the issue is observed
OS version (Win7, Win8, Win8.1, Win10, or other)
Firefox version installed
Is the same happening for any website/webpage/url from Chrome/Edge or any other browser
Are you able to print with Adobe PDF Printer using any other app like MS Word or Outlook?
Has this issue recently started? Or is prevailing from long?

These questions will let us help with issue validation and verification.

Also, see if updating SeaMonkey to version 2.53.3 resolves the issue.

You may have to backup your user profile(s) as this update will delete everything without letting you revert back.

If I update to 2.53.3 I lost the "forms fields"

Which icon do you click on? In which app? Please be detailed, there are ways to print a PDF from Adobe software, and ways that do not use Adobe software.
