Can't Print - No Error, But Nothing Happens

I'm using Adobe Acrobat on my Mac. I tried to print from the Acrobat reader, but nothing happened. I did not receive any error message. When opening the printer dialog manually, I can see it "connected to printer" and then "waiting for the jobs to be completed." However, the printing task just disappeared after that, and nothing was printed.

I've tried the following:

1. Delete all the setting files and re-open the app.

2. Disable the protected mode

3. Remove the app - Restart the computer - Reinstall the app.

4. Clear the printer settings in Mac and re-add the printer.

Nothing worked.

The OS I'm using: Mac OS 15.4.1 (24E263) Sequoia 15.4.1

The App version: Architecture: arm64

                              Processor: Apple M4 Max

                              Build: 25.1.20467.0

                              AGM: 7.1.11

                              CoolType: 10.0.3

                              JP2K: 4.0.2.54782

The printer: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M281cdw

What worked: print as image from Adobe Acrobat, or print directly from Mac's own Preview.

Sorry for the troubled experience, and thanks for reaching out, @yyyy_7068

It seems you have already tried and tested all the basic troubleshooting steps we could have suggested. And thanks for letting us know that.

Help us with the diagnostic logs: https://adobe.ly/44HnIcf. Ensure advanced logging is checked, and share the Log ID with us.

Also, have you tried testing the scenario with different PDF files as well? And please do share the app version: https://adobe.ly/3GsGJVU;

I am having exactly the same issues as mentioned above.  This is so frustrating.  Both adobe and Mac OS are totally up to date.  This was working ok until last week,  I have had this issue before and found that uninstalling adobe and re-installing works.  am off to try that now.  I should not need to do this...

Just confirming after having uninstalled & reinstalled acrobat reader on my macbook - it now prints.  I have done this on my wifes macbook too & that is now working.
