My laptop will not let me print PDF files and a pop up appears saying "File cannot be printed." Can anyone help?

Hi Robertg,

Looking at the information shared above, there are couple of possibilities that the document is not printing-

1- If this is happening with a specific pdf file, then you must check whether the document is allowed for printing or not? Open PDF>Right Click "Documents Properties">Security>Printing "Allowed"

2- Check with a different pdf if that is printing fine?

3- You may also refer to the help document- Troubleshoot PDF printing in Acrobat and Reader

Let us know if it still doesn't help.
